FATHER'S DAY EXHIBIT @ ROB

Subject: FATHER'S DAY EXHIBIT @ ROB 8/6/2010, 10:42 pm

Guys,

Stella from Rob called me and wanted to confirm if we are going to pursue the exhibit for Father's Day (June 19-20).
Here's the catch, we will be the one providing the stands this time.
She's asking for juz 4 FH's for the exhibit however, for the club we know it would be better if we can exhibit more than the asked quantity.

Here is my suggestion, we can borrow some stands from Kujaku (Club Adviser) that he is not using. If I can still remember, I think he has 3-4 stands that he can lend for the club and if other club members will allow us to borrow their stand juz for two days then it would be splendid. Very Happy

I need your response on this guys. We need to inform Stella by Monday if what will be the decision of the entire club.

Mga Bro. Sugestion Lang ang sa Akin, Bukas Ako sa Anumang Opinyon ninyo. Mas Maganda rin Kung Pag Bigyan Natin ang Kahilingan ng Rob, Alam kong Trabahuso ang Bagay na Iyan Pwede Natin Silang Pag Bigay @ Baka Sakaling Tayo sa Bandang HUli ang Manga Ilangan sa Knila Hindi nila Tayo mapag Hindian. Give & Take Lang Mga Bro. Sugestions ko Lang yan @ Pwede Ninyong Baguhin @ Kung ano Man ang Kalalabasan ng Desisyon nyo Sangayon Ako. Ano sa Palagay Mo Vice???

but also we have to take consideration sa mg members na willing mag spent ng time nila tu,ulong sa proposed activity sa Robinsons.
June na ngaun almost busy na lahat thats including my self. ano kaya mas mabuti Pres? and Members?

btw scrroge diba kahit mga 4-8 tanks lang naman need nila sa exhibit? meron kanabang mga tnaks and equiptments? yung mga isda i msure madali lang yan.

Tanks and equipments are there already and ready to be brought at Rob this 18th in the evening. Minimum of 4 tanks til the max of any number as long as we have the stands for those tanks.

Exhibit proper starts at June 19-20.

Kung nandyan lang Sana Ako maski ako na lang ang mg Bantay Basta my Makakasama lng ako sa Pag Hahanda wlang Problema @ Gusto ko rin ang mga Ganyang Bagay @ nalilibang Ako Kasama ang mga Kids. Willing Ako Basta sa Ikabubuti ng Samahan @ Kung Saan makaka pag Bigay Tayo ng Aliw sa mga Tao
